Planning unit

• Collaborating with the MoBEP to set targets for MDAs
• Maintaining records of all revenues collected by the Board.
• Reviewing of strategic plan for the board.
• Monitoring implementation of operational plans.
• Preparing periodic budget performance reports
• Preparing annual workplan for the Board.
• Preparing contract documents, monitoring and evaluation of capital projects reports of the Board.

Research unit

• Collecting and analysing of data to prepare annual reports of the Board.
• Conducting action research and development and preparing research reports and/or briefs.
• Setting targets on all revenue sources collectable directly by the Board.
